We set up PlatformWorks AI to help telecoms providers, MSPs and other UK businesses put AI to work properly. We run every workshop and assessment ourselves, and anything we automate, we take responsibility for running and improving.
Why we started PlatformWorks AI
We kept seeing the same problem. Good businesses, stuck systems.
We have spent our careers in UK telecoms and managed IT: running sales teams, integrating acquisitions, building the ERP and CRM systems behind them and untangling the manual admin that grows around them. Again and again we met the same situation: capable businesses where quotes, orders, enquiries and approvals still depend on someone re-typing, chasing and checking by hand.
AI finally makes this fixable at a sensible cost. But most businesses don't need another experiment. They need someone who understands how they sell and operate to work out what is worth automating, train their people, build it into the systems they already use, and then take responsibility for keeping it running. That is what we do.
Most of our work is with telecoms providers and MSPs. For telecoms we advise on AI strategy and automate the work across sales, orders, faults and billing. For MSPs we help with AI strategy and launching AI services to their own clients. We also work with other UK SMEs whose teams rely on email, spreadsheets and disconnected systems.
Who you work with
PlatformWorks AI is run by two founding partners, one commercial and one technical. You work with us directly from the first call: we run the workshops and assessments ourselves, and the people who design your automation are the people who support it.
