What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, company (optional), the topic you chose (if any) and your message. If you email us we receive what you send.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry you have made (and taking steps at your request before entering a contract).
Who we share it with
Our email and website hosting providers, who process it on our behalf. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations.
Website analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand overall visits. This website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising.
