Step 1: Assess and advise
Which AI is right for your business?
Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or something else? We look at how you work and what you already pay for, then give you the options, the why and the how. Most clients start here.
What we look at
Your work, your tools and your risks, before any recommendation.
How your teams work
The tasks that eat time: email, documents, meetings, quoting, reporting.
Tools you already pay for
Microsoft 365 or Google, your CRM and finance system, and any AI already in use.
Data, security and risk
Where your files live, who can see what, and what must never leave the business.
People and appetite
Who is keen, who is wary, and what support they'll need to use AI well.
The options
Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or something else?
There's no single right answer, and many businesses use more than one. We recommend what fits your work, your data and your budget.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Best when:Your team lives in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, with files in SharePoint or OneDrive.
Watch out for:A paid add-on per user, and results depend on tidy files and permissions.
Claude
Best when:Long documents, careful writing, analysis and building simple tools, with strong controls for business plans.
Watch out for:Sits outside your Office apps unless it is connected to them.
ChatGPT
Best when:A broad, general-purpose assistant your team may already know, with custom assistants for repeat tasks.
Watch out for:Overlaps with Copilot, so paying for both needs a clear reason.
Google Gemini
Best when:Businesses that run on Google Workspace: Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Drive.
Watch out for:Less useful if most of your work happens in Microsoft 365.
Automation and agents
Best when:Work that should happen without anyone typing a prompt, joining systems such as your CRM and finance software.
Watch out for:Needs design, testing and an owner. That is our build and manage work.
