An operations application for project-based businesses, from bid handover to cash. We built it with the same AI coding tools we use for client work, and we use it in our own operations. It is the clearest example of how we build and run software.
What it does
One operational system from bid handover to cash.
Timesheets, overtime, expenses, mileage, vehicle checks, resource plans and applications for payment usually sit in separate spreadsheets and systems. ProjectControl brings them into one application.
Status: built and in use in our own operations. We do not publish user numbers or results for it. Data sits in the app's own database, so a client deployment needs a data protection and hosting review and the go-live security checklist completed first.

Checks a job is costed, resourced and approved, with sales, design, project, implementation and finance sign-off, before it becomes a live project.

Job costing and resource plans in one place, from bid handover onwards.
Timesheets, expenses and job cards
Timesheets with automatic UK bank holiday double time and weekend overtime, expenses with AI receipt scanning, mileage and vehicle checks.
Applications for payment and cashflow
Applications on cumulative percentage complete, with retention held and released, and a portfolio cashflow forecast.
Email-in processing and generated drawings
Documents sent in by email are processed into the app, and survey drawings and schematics can be generated with AI.
