AI agents

AI agents that do real work,
on the tools you already use

Tell us a job your team does every week. We'll design an AI team-mate to do it, on Microsoft, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, the AI in your CRM or your own systems, with you approving what matters.

Chatbot or agent?

A chatbot answers. An agent gets the job done.

Most people meet AI as a chatbot. Agents go further: they carry out the work across your systems, with a person approving what matters. "Bot" is the everyday word for both.

What it is
Chatbot: A chat window that answers questions.
Agent: A digital team-mate that gets a job done.
How it works
Chatbot: Waits for a question, then writes a reply.
Agent: Takes a goal, plans the steps, uses your systems, checks its own work and corrects it until the task is finished.
What it can do
Chatbot: Read and reply. It stops after answering, so the clicking, searching and updating is still down to you.
Agent: Read, write and act. Can take over a computer just like you.  It carries out the work and stops only when the job is done or a person needs to approve something.
Example
Chatbot: "Which flights are there to Dublin on Friday?" You get a list.
Agent: "Book me the best flight to Dublin on Friday." It compares the options and fills in the booking, ready for you to approve.  If you had already approved the agent, it will book the flight.

The kinds of AI we build

  • AI agents

Give it a goal and it plans the steps, uses your systems, checks its own work and keeps going until the job is done, stopping for your approval where it matters.

For example: Checking every order against the quote, fixing what it can and flagging the rest.

  • AI team-mates

An agent with a regular job on your team, working on a schedule or whenever something arrives.

For example: Sorting the shared inbox every morning and drafting the replies.

  • Chatbots and AI assistants

Answer questions and draft content when someone asks. They reply, then stop: a person does the follow-up.

For example: Copilot drafting a proposal, or a chatbot answering staff policy questions.

  • Automations

Fixed steps with no AI judgement. Often the simplest answer, and we'll say so.

For example: A new order in the CRM creates a job in your job system.

Not sure which you need? That's what the first conversation is for, and sometimes a simple automation is the best answer.

Platforms

On whichever AI fits your business

We start with the tools you already pay for and recommend what fits the job. New to the options? Read our guide to the types of AI in business.

Microsoft

Best for: Businesses that live in Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Copilot Studio agents
  • Power Automate
  • Dynamics 365
For IT teams

Works within your Microsoft 365 tenant and its permissions. We review what Copilot can reach before widening use, and give agents their own identity and least-privilege access.

Claude

Best for: Long documents, careful writing, analysis and bots that work across several systems.

  • Claude for teams
  • Claude Cowork
  • Claude Code
  • Custom agents on the Claude API
For IT teams

Connects to your systems through connectors and approved tools. We agree the data each bot may use, where it is processed and how long it is kept.

ChatGPT

Best for: Teams already using ChatGPT who want shared assistants and simple agents.

  • ChatGPT for business
  • Custom GPTs
  • Agents on the OpenAI API
For IT teams

Business plans keep your data out of model training by default. We check workspace settings, connectors and sharing before rollout.

Gemini

Best for: Businesses that run on Gmail, Google Drive and Google Workspace.

  • Gemini in Google Workspace
  • Gemini app
  • Gemini Enterprise agents
For IT teams

Works within your Google Workspace and its sharing settings. We review what is shared widely before switching features on.

The AI in your CRM

Best for: You may already be paying for AI in your CRM. We help you switch it on and make it useful.

  • Salesforce Agentforce
  • HubSpot Breeze
  • Dynamics 365 Copilot
  • Zoho Zia
For IT teams

Uses the CRM's own security model and licences. We set up fields, data quality and approval steps so its suggestions are worth acting on.

Bespoke

Best for: Jobs that span several systems or need something no off-the-shelf tool does.

  • n8n and Power Automate workflows
  • APIs and databases
  • Your own systems and data
For IT teams

Built and hosted to an agreed design: identity per bot, approvals enforced in the system, logging of every action and monitoring once live.

Product names belong to their owners. Naming a product does not imply a partnership. Features and licensing change often and depend on your plan.

Hosting, identity, data and support

The short answers. No hosting choice makes a system compliant by itself; that comes from how it is configured, documented and run.

Where it runs
In the platform you choose: your Microsoft 365 or Google tenant, your CRM, a vendor's business service or our own build hosted to an agreed design. We document every system and AI provider involved before go-live.
Whose identity it uses
Each bot gets its own account with only the access it needs, managed through your existing sign-on where the platform supports it.
Where the data goes
We agree what each bot may read and write, where it is processed and the retention settings. A UK hosting region does not mean every step stays in the UK, so we check the model as well.
What a person approves
Approval rules are agreed per job and enforced in the system, not just in the instructions. Customer messages, record changes and anything involving money can wait for a person.
What is logged
Actions and tool calls can be logged, so you can see what a bot did and why.
Who looks after it
We monitor what we build, fix issues and agree improvements under a support agreement set up with you.
Deploying agents safely in the UK

Approvals and automation

Clear rules for what happens automatically

Each workflow has agreed permissions and approval rules. Routine checks and internal notifications can run automatically within that scope. Customer messages, order changes and other actions can require approval before execution. We agree which actions need review, who approves them and how exceptions are handled before go-live.

Uncertain matches, missing information and actions outside the agreed rules go to the responsible person. Changes to automatic actions are tested and agreed before they are enabled.

Data handling

Know where your data goes

Data access and processing are agreed for each solution. Before go-live, we document the systems and AI providers involved, what information they process, the permissions required and the applicable retention settings.

We explain any external processing and agree the arrangement with you.

Getting started

We're new to AI. Where do we start?

With a free 30-minute conversation about how your business works. Many businesses start with advice and training, then add a bot for one job where there's a clear case.

How much does it cost?

Every piece of work is scoped and priced after the first conversation, once we understand the job, your systems and what support you want. There's no charge for that conversation.

Do we have to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for, including the AI that may already be in your CRM or Microsoft 365, and only suggest something new when it's clearly better.

Can we see a demo?

Yes. Ask for a demo and we'll show you, live on a call, how a bot would handle a job like yours.

Will an agent replace our staff?

We build agents to take repetitive work off your team so they can spend more time on customers and decisions. A person stays in charge of anything that matters.

For IT teams

Which platforms do you build on?

Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Automate; Claude, including Claude Code and the API; ChatGPT and the OpenAI API; Gemini and Google Workspace; CRM AI such as Salesforce Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Dynamics 365 Copilot and Zoho Zia; and bespoke builds with n8n, APIs and databases.

How do you handle identity and access?

Each bot runs under its own identity with least-privilege access, through your existing sign-on where the platform supports it. We agree permissions with your IT team before go-live.

Can data stay in the UK?

Sometimes, depending on the platform and model. Hosting in a UK region is not the same as keeping every step in the UK, so we check where the model runs and each provider's retention terms.

Do you work with our IT provider?

Yes. Your IT provider usually owns tenant settings and access changes. We agree who does what at the start.
